Steve Langton, who graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship, and sled partner Steven Holcomb raised the first-place trophy for the two-man bobsled at the 2012 World Championship in Lake Placid, N.Y. with a time of 3:42.88.

Sarah Moomaw is a content producer and writer in the NYC Metro area, currently living with her husband in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
She is an Associate Producer at Travelzoo, and previously held staff positions at Hawkins International Public Relations and two newspapers. She was a sports reporter at the Daily Hampshire Gazette in Northampton, Massachusetts, and The Meridian Star in Mississippi. At the Gazette, she also wrote for the Weekend Food section.
While pursuing her BA in Journalism at Northeastern University, she was an intern and correspondent at the Boston Globe. Moomaw was the sports editor of the Huntington News, Northeastern's student newspaper.
She has freelanced for NJ.com, The Record, The Associated Press, The Press of Atlantic City and Deutsche Presse Agentur, among others.
Moomaw is an avid sports fan, self-acclaimed foodie and (fair weather) runner.

Six hours separated Saturday’s men’s basketball tip off and the men’s hockey puck drop at Matthews. In a race against the clock, the athletics facilities crew had to turn the hardwood floor into slick ice.

Editorial column: I’m the person who plans Thanksgiving meals at the end of September. I coordinate Hanukkah dinner, arrange Fourth of July barbecues and had a Super Bowl party menu on the fridge weeks before the country knew who was playing.
